What Are CPE Credits?
Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits are required by ISC2-certified professionals to demonstrate ongoing learning and professional development. These credits help ensure that certified members stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity knowledge, tools, and best practices.
Maintaining Your ISC2 Certification Through CPE Credits:
Each CPE credit represents one hour of approved learning activity. By earning and accumulating CPE credits, learners can maintain their ISC2 certifications — such as CISSP, CCSP, CSSLP, CAP, or CC, without the need to retake qualification exams.

Eligible OPSWAT Academy Content
As a CPE Submitter Partner, OPSWAT Academy offers ISC2-recognized training programs that allow professionals to earn CPE credits by ISC2 through:
- Self-paced Online Courses
(excluding the guide courses) - Live Webinars
- Onsite Technical Bootcamps
Only OPSWAT Academy-approved curriculums are eligible for CPE credit submission. Each program specifies the number of credits based on its duration and content.
