OPSWAT Academy is proud to announce its first-ever scholarship partnership in Vietnam with Van Lang University (VLU), the Faculty of Information Technology. We had a great time meeting with students and professors at Van Lang University, followed by a meaningful MOU signing ceremony and a 'File Security' seminar last Saturday. This collaboration represents a major step forward in providing extensive Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) training for the next generation of cybersecurity experts in Vietnam.
As the cybersecurity landscape becomes increasingly complex, especially in safeguarding both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT), these challenges require a highly skilled cybersecurity workforce to protect vital systems. For this reason, OPSWAT Academy has launched a $10 million Scholarship Program, aimed at providing specialized training to ensure critical infrastructure protection. This program gives students and cybersecurity professionals access to the most up-to-date knowledge, equipping them to tackle increasingly sophisticated threats.
Not only in Vietnam, but OPSWAT Academy is also expanding its training support to universities and cybersecurity organizations in Africa and Europe, ensuring future generations of cybersecurity professionals worldwide are well-prepared to protect critical infrastructure.
The collaboration with OPSWAT Academy, which is offering scholarships for Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity courses, not only opens up in-depth learning opportunities for students but also represents an important step in accessing cutting-edge technologies. This partnership reflects the Faculty's development goals and its commitment to providing students with the knowledge and skills aligned with real-world industry demands.
